88 steel “waves” alternate direction for 1/4-mile. The progression of curved lines creates dynamic spatial effects - the moving viewer perceives shifting concentrations of lines that make for an elastic space, moiré patterns, and arrays of highlights that expand and contract.  A Public Art Network selection in 2006.
