The 186-foot suspended sculpture is composed of 50 open-metal panels built from curved stainless steel tubes. Repeating, water-like curves nod to the Ohio River, while the open metal structure echoes those of the truss bridges crossing it, and creates a seemingly infinite illustration of expanding horizons.
